New Mergers & Acquisitions Database From A.M. Best Co.

A.M. Best Co. has released a new Mergers & Acquisitions database via the recently enhanced BestLink Advantage 2.0 online service. The M&A database is accessible by Best’s Insurance Reports – Online and Best’s Statement File – U.S. and – Global product subscribers, and provides relevant information about recent corporate mergers and acquisitions for insurers around the world.

Subscribers also have access to the Best’s Corporate Changes & Retirements database, an online collection of corporate changes impacting existing insurers, going back to 1819.
