Audrey Niffenegger’s “The Time Traveler’s Wife” topped the audiobook adult fiction list after the release of a motion picture adaptation. “Julie and Julia” by Julie Powell also saw a boost in popularity on the heels of a film adaptation, topping the eBook adult nonfiction list and climbing to the No. 6 spot on the audiobook adult nonfiction list.
