Bing411 is Now Live (via TechCrunch)

Bing411 (1-800-246-4411) appears to be a simple rebranding and enhancement of the free MS Live411 (1-800-225-5411) service.

Microsoft has had two interactive voice response (IVR) services going for several years. The first coming from the acquisition of TellMe (1-800-555-Tell) in March, 2007. Later on they launched Live411 utilizing TellMe technology. The new Bing411 adds longtime TellMe services (which were not available on Live411) including movie showtimes, movie ticket purchase, stock quotes, and sports scores.

* The Live411 is number is still active but now answers as Bing411.
