It’s a community resource that has long been available, though not many people knew about it. Now — in the wake of deep cuts to city services that have resulted in all branches of the Louisville Free Public Library being closed on Sundays — the University of Louisville and city government officials are promoting the university’s libraries as an alternative resource for residents.
