Domain Name Sales Of At Least $1 Million

So what are domain names worth? The answer is that it depends. Like a lot of intellectual property, most domain names bring prices in 4, 5, or 6 figure range. But a few have sold for a million dollars or more.

Nonetheless, Fund.com at just under $10 Million tops the list so far for 2008. In addition, Pizza.com went for $2,605,000 while DataRecovery.com reportedly sold for $1,659,000. Now Domain Name Journal reports that Invest.com has sold for $1,015,000.
