A controversial Web site regarding teen sexuality will remain a link on the Batavia Public Library Web site, officials decided late Tuesday.
Board members agreed to keep the site Teenwire, which is sponsored by Planned Parenthood. They were split by a recommendation to change its location. In a 4-2 vote, they moved it from the young adult to the adult Web section of their site, with board members Douglas Sullivan and Richard Henders voting “no.” The action followed a two-hour public hearing where nearly 100 people attended.
