Want or need to know what federal employees were paid in years gone by?

Here are General Schedule pay tables from 1949 to 1993. Tables are listed only for years where pay increases were authorized. Note that there were interim geographic adjustments in Los Angeles, New York, and San Francisco starting in 1991 and geographic pay for law enforcement officers in eight metropolitan areas starting in 1992, and that the locality pay program began in 1994.
