+ New York State Department of State announces that an unofficial version of all state codes, rules, and regulations of the State of New York is now on its website.

The codes, rules, and regulations, commonly known as the NYCRR, can now be accessed at the Department of State website at www.dos.state.ny.us/info/nycrr.htm. The material can be searched with words and phrases. A drill down table of contents will be added in several weeks. The text is compliant with the American with Disabilities Act.
