The International Herald Tribune now offers a link (look for the link in a box in each article) that uses synthesized voice to read the story to you. It’s a free service.

Here’s one example, look for the link, “listen to article.”

Click the link and you should begin hearing the story in a few seconds.

Other papers like the Washington Times, Atlanta Journal Constitution, and Government Computer News have offered similar technology for some time.
