New E-Mail Alert Services Available from U.S. Copyright Office
The Copyright Office is pleased to announce that it has implemented a new email subscription service to make it easier to receive messages on the topics that interest you. This service is an expansion and replacement of the existing NewsNet newsletter.
At this time, we are offering three topics:

“Licensing,†which provides updates on regulations and procedures for compulsory and statutory licenses; and
“Legislative Developments,†which alerts users to copyright-related bills introduced in Congress or enacted into law.
Btw, NewsNet from the Copyright Office is also available as an RSS feed.
