Update from the National Library of New Zealand: Try the new Papers Past

Papers Past is one of the National Library’s most popular digital collections. It contains more than one million pages of digitised New Zealand newspapers and periodicals published between 1839 and 1915.

In response to feedback from Papers Past users, the Library has undertaken a major project to redesign the site, providing access by full-text search as well as making it more user friendly.
