Chris O’Brien and Jack Davis from the San Jose Mercury News, “scour for the hidden stories in daily securities filings of Silicon Valley companies.”

This blog will go very nicely with the well-known, Footnoted.org, by Michelle Leder who also digs for interesting tidbits found in SEC filings.
