In addition, the Federal Trade Commission, which is currently scrutinizing the DoubleClick merger, has scheduled a “town hall meeting” in Washington, D.C., for early November, to examine concerns about the type of user information collected by online advertising technologies, and how that information is used.

The meeting is titled: Ehavioral Advertising: Tracking, Targeting, and Technology
It is scheduled to take place on November 1st and November 2nd.
