Questions have been raised about the future of a pivotal plan for Google Inc. and EarthLink Inc. to cover San Francisco with wireless Internet access, following negative comments by EarthLink’s CEO and that company’s reported lack of direct communication with city officials.

Inrix comes out of Microsoft Research and offers their services to many web sites and GPS tools that offer real time traffic info.
