Trulia Real Estate Trends Report: June, 2007

Highlights from the Trulia Blog:
In the latest installment of the Trulia Trends report, Texas newcomers Houston and Austin came in at spots nine and ten on the list of America’s hottest cities, bumping Orlando, FL and Queens, NY out of the top 10. At the top of the list, Manhattan nudged Chicago out of its one month reign in the #1 spot.

The top ten homes viewed on Trulia this month were all from coastal states, ranging from this $285,000 two bedroom apartment on Madison Avenue in East Harlem to this three floor penthouse bordering Central Park with 360-degree views of Manhattan for 256x that amount at $70 million.
