Both:

Disallow: /recharge/dashboard/car
Disallow: /recharge/dashboard/static/

have been added to the Google robots.txt file for Google.com. This means the pages in these directories cannot be crawled by crawlers from other search engines. This is also the case for Google.org. However, it’s highly likely that the data can be found elsewhere on the Google site and there made crawlable to other engines. Finally, the project site offers a bunch of other pages that can be crawled and viewed by all.

RechargeIT.org is a new project from Google aiming to:

…reduce CO2 emissions, cut oil use and stabilize the electrical grid by accelerating the adoption of plug-in hybrid electric vehicles and vehicle-to-grid technology.
