ACRL announces the launch of ACRL Podcasts. The ACRL Podcasts provide fresh dimensions on the issues and events in academic librarianship. Podcasts are planned for these areas: ACRL Presidential Elections, ACRL Authors & Editors, the ALA Emerging Leaders Program, ACRL Events, ACRL Advocacy, and ACRL How To.
Current podcasts available are:
+ ACRL 2008 presidential candidates Erika Linke (Carnegie Mellon University) and Scott Walter (University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign) talk about their vision for ACRL (ACRL Presidential Elections).+ Craig Gibson (George Mason University), editor of the recently published ACRL book, Student Engagement and Information Literacy chats with Randy Hensley (University of Hawaii, Manoa).
