Electronic Resources: The New Frontier for Academic Libraries

Some of the major trends in ejournals and other electronic resources and have implications for academic libraries: licensing, open access, funding, the move toward electronic books, archiving and preservation, and copyright. Electronic resources represent a new frontier for libraries, with new models that invite experimentation and risk-taking.
