Library Resources Mentioned in The Boston Globe

It’s short but very sweet. We’re always excited to see this type of thing.
In this Letter to the Editor, a reader mentions the many and varied resources that she can access from the Minuteman Library Network in suburban Boston.
From the letter:

The Minuteman Library Network is like having Amazon at your fingertips, but free!

Btw, another service the author of the letter has access to is the 24×7x365 “MassAnswers” virtual reference service.
That’s right, live chat online and get help from a reference librarian. MassAnswers is part of OCLC’s 24/7 reference cooperative, QuestionPoint. Many libraries, of all types, offer virtual reference services.
