Podzinger is one of a few services (Podscope and Blinkx are two others) that let users keyword search, find, and listen to each and every words spoken during a podcast. Now, Podzinger allows users (for example, a webmaster) the ability to place a search box on a web site to search a specific podcast. Btw, Podzinger recently started offering keyword searching of some YouTube material.
