IM Access to MSN Encarta Instant Answers Continues, New Address Required; Free Access to Web-Based Encarta Continues
Last May, we posted about the availability to access “Instant Answers” from the MSN Encarta being available using MSN Messenger. Some seven months later, the service is still online BUT you need to send your requests to a new address. These days, to access Encarta via IM, send your IM request to: encarta@botmetro.net. You’ll then be asked which version of MSN Encarta you would like to use:
+ Encarta Australia
+ Encarta Canada (English)
+ Encarta UK
+ Encarta US
These addresses can assist in providing access to bots available in languages other than English.
