Tracking Santa in 3D with SkylineGlobe

Tracking Santa’s delivery route in 3D.

We’ve mentioned SkylineGlobe several times in recent days and months. It’s a digital globe product (free for basic use and a very small download) that offers 3D aerial imagery and tons of other cool features with new ones being added.

As we pointed out yesterday, one expanded feature is the ability to embed LIVE traffic cameras for many U.S. metro areas, Montreal and Toronto in Canada, and London, U.K. on to Skyline Globe aerial imagery. The SkylineGlobe download is fast and easy. It works with both Firefox and IE running Windows 95/98/NT/2000/Me/XP

Today, the SkylineGlobe team has released animation on top of aerial imagery that can help you and your family track Santa across the world. You’ll find the link for Santa tracking on the SkylineGlobe home page along with additional details. You can try it out now before Santa leaves the North Pole. Of course, this tracking tool is in addition to NORAD’s work.
