Windows Live Search Adds linkfromdomain Command
Danny has an overview. More direct from the MS Live Search Blog. Lots of examples but without some time finding all of the pages that link from one domain (let’s say CNN.com) to WhiteHouse.gov you’re going to need to spend some time, lots of time.

In other words, the commands don’t allow you to see which exact pages between two sites may link to each other.
