Several people have asked the ResourceShelf team why do we only track newly registered domain names from Google. It’s a good question. Mainly time, but that’s really not an excuse. Additionally, our friend, Garett Rogers (we should work together) also does a great job of tracking new Google domains as well as commenting on other Google issues. The bottom line is that in essence you have two sources. So, beginning in the next couple of weeks we plan to expand our coverage (still Google domains) but also newly registered domains coming from other search companies and major information industry players. We hope it will be of interest and value especially to the CI community who are loyal ResourceShelf readers.
