Many TechWeb (info tech publications from CMP) offer regularly updated lists of the Top 10 Search queries on four of their search engines. Look for the lists in a box on the left side of a search result page.

Btw, you’ll also notice that some of these engines are now powered by CMP’s new TechSearch (beta). This engine searches across all of CMP’s publications and also offers a Top 10 search term list on its home page.
