About One Month Left: OCLC Research Coding Competition for Developers

Second OCLC Research Software Contest

In celebration of libraries and their heritage of technological leadership, OCLC Research is once again sponsoring a software contest to encourage innovation in the use of Web-based library services.

Contestants will write programs and submit prototypes that do something creative and useful using at least one OCLC resource. Convince the judges of why the program is interesting and how it will help libraries and library users and you will walk away with $2,500.

The deadline for entry is midnight [Eastern Daylight Time], 15 September 2006.
