Zillow Goes Mobile: Access Zillow Data via SMS
Keep all of the caveats you can find about the accuracy of Zillow’s “Zestimates” (home price estimates) in mind. The Zillow team now offers Zillow Mobile. It sure is handy. Simply send an SMS of a specific address and get back a Zillow “Zestimates” and some basic info about the property (Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Sq Ft., Year Built.) In Gary’s case, the Zestimate was a bit high for his home when compared to several recent sales in his neighborhood. High but not completely off the charts. What is a Zestimate?
