VOAMobile.com is available in multiple languages and uses the native character sets for each language. If your mobile phone or PDA cannot display the in-language text, you may need to contact your mobile phone carrier or PDA vendor for a software upgrade to support the required character set.

In addition to downloable Podcasts, VOA also offers programming streamed in WM and MP3 formats. Check this list for programs (some live) by language. Many mobile devices/SmartPhones now allow you to stream these formats live using Microsoft Media Player and/or Pocket-Tunes.
