Free. Tons of features! Volunteer project. We’ve been using it for years and it works very well. Desktop search tools can index these saved pages (if you choose) and make the entire archive keyword searchable. HTTRACK has also just released ProxyHTTrack, “a standalone project aimed to help web archivists to easily build caches based on websites downloaded by HTTRACK.” Can save an entire site with just two or three clicks.

Free. Numerous features. From Martin Aignesberger, the person who also gives us the essential WebSite-Watcher. Use it to save one page at a time. Saved pages are also searchable with Local Web Site Archive. A fee-based version with even more features (including highlighted text) is available.
