EDGAR Online Limits Services on FreeEDGAR
From the announcement, “Beginning in August, EDGAR Online’s value branded Web site, http://www.freeedgar.com, will be changed to cater primarily to new and casual users of SEC filings,” said Susan Strausberg, CEO of EDGAR Online. “FreeEDGAR users will be able to access and retrieve SEC filings for any U.S. public company, but usage will be limited.”
