“Dream of Library of Black Culture Nearly a Reality”
From the article, “A circular driveway leads to a red brick walkway, beckoning visitors into the two-story white building. Inside, a reception desk, carved wooden columns, and carpeted walls frame rows of books in the African-American Research Library and Cultural Center. The library’s grand opening on Oct. 26 will celebrate the seven-year vision — now a reality — of Samuel F. Morrison, director of the Broward County library system.”
