From the article, “The privately held SIRSI Holdings Corp. announced May 17 that it will buy Data Research Associates (DRA) for $11.00 per share in cash, or about $51.5 million. By acquiring DRA, SIRSI effectively doubles its customer base. The combined company would be the No. 2 vendor in the library automation industry, based on number of installed systems.”
