U.S. Climate Database Adds Content, Display/Print Options
From the What’s New Page, “The NNDC Climate Data Online System now includes a new option for Daily Climate Data. Users can generate a printable web form as well as ASCII text files. In addition, the period of record has been extended back to 1948 (or earlier for some stations). The daily climate data includes maximum and minumum temperature, precipitation, snowfall, and snow depth. The web form presentation makes it much easier to read the data from NCDC’s daily climatological database. The cost is $3 per station-month, but discounted for larger orders.”
